Job Description
Day in the life:
- Service Delivery Support: You’ll be involved in supporting the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures.
- Project Management: You will manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, working closely with backend technical teams to ensure successful execution of cloud infrastructure projects.
- Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in deploying cloud-based AI solutions, utilizing Linux-based tools and technologies to ensure they meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Communication with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns regarding service delivery status.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure that service delivery is coordinated and executed smoothly.
- Documentation: Document all aspects of the project, ensuring that necessary information is properly handed over to the operations team for continued support and management.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and assist in implementing strategies that optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Must have skills:
- Experience: 8 years of experience in service delivery management, specifically within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based technologies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Linux Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux-based tools and technologies.
- Project Management: Ability to manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively while coordinating with technical teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams to provide status updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and customer requirements.
- Understanding of Cloud Integration: Basic understanding of cloud platforms and how Generative AI solutions integrate within these environments.

- Cloud Platforms Expertise: Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
